Building the Phoenix was a challenging endeavor. This modern house designed by Kevin Daly & Chris Genik required much time and accuracy. The margin for error was so minute that we were forced to carefully construct a plan to build this house. And yet, since this was such an unconventional house, our plan had to foresee any potential problems. I am happy to say that in the end, Robert Lackey Construction And Design was able to build what appeared to be the impossible and in so doing resurrected the Phoenix out of ashes!
